Presidential candidate Barack Obama announced yesterday that he will introduce the Global Poverty Act in the Senate. Obama teamed with Republican Chuck Hagel of Nebraska and Democrat Maria Cantwell of Washington. Clint Borgen will be on Capitol Hill January 7th building support for the bill.
