Give Someone a Fighting Chance...Send Them to School

Statistics and research has shown that education helps to promote economic growth, empower women, strengthen democracy, fight HIV and AIDS, and end poverty.

In 2000, world leaders made a promise to make primary education free and available to all children around the world. 10 years later, some progress has been made, but 75 million children still remain without access to an education.

The following video clip was made by an UK-based organization whose goal is to spur civic engagement among developed countries surrounding the issue of universal access to primary education.
